Your role

• Liaising with Business Unit heads, functional heads, agile coaches and key stakeholders to ensure the effective functioning of the team in the company environment.
• Ensuring proper information flow, facilitating dynamic and efficient knowledge management, and providing purpose to the team.
• Constantly improves processes in collaboration with the team’s process experts and relevant stakeholders.
• Steering team’s performance and results against defined KPIs/SLAs. Preparing capacity estimations and resource allocations.
• Responsible for leading and developing the team according to defined career paths by ensuring regular development conversations.
• Manages the team’s weekly and daily workload, priorities, and processes. Managing recruiting and employee absence request, ensuring team building. Serves as a role model for the company values.

What you should bring along

• Minimum 4 years experience in an operational back office or equivalent environment, ideally profound knowledge in lending or dunning. Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and strong abilities to provide clear and concise feedback. Ability to engage and motivate others.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to manage time and workload effectively.
• Demonstrated strong ability to collaborate with both technical and business issues and strong ability to meet deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated strong data & root cause analysis and data optimization experience; you find the problem AND the solution.
• Fluent in English and German. Italian, French and Spanish are a plus.
