Your Role

The Head of Human Resources (f/m/d) works alongside the Managing Director and Senior Management to support the company’s goal of building a high performance culture. Focus will be on managing an effective Recruitment function and all HR administrative tasks to foster a culture of sustainable growth. They ensure that Vivy’s business goals are reflected in all HR policies and initiatives and consult and actively support various business groups on the best form of people management for Vivy.

  • Lead and develop the HR department, including Recruitment, HR Administration, People & Culture and Office
  • Build a high performing team with a strong focus on Tech Recruitment by building an outstanding Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes and organisational set-up in line with overall business goals
  • Manage all administrative tasks in HR, including contract management, preliminary payroll and manager and employee trainings as well Work Safety
  • Ensure a positive candidate, employee and onboarding experience for anyone showing interest in Vivy as an employer of choice
  • Oversee the organisation of regular events and coming up with new, innovative and social ways to directly enrich the day-to-day work of all employees
  • Develop a strategy to build a strong employer brand internally and externally
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure positive ROI 
  • Based on employee feedback / surveys, support the management in creating the best  working environment and an engaged culture
  • Manage separations in a healthy and sustainable way to help Vivy remain a positive image within the market

Your Profile

  • Educated to degree-level, ideally within a business-related field
  • Fluent in English and German
  • A minimum of 7  years experience in an HR position of which at least 3 years of experience were in a leadership role
  • Strong background in Recruiting, including building up of strategy and processes, with a relevant network
  • Experience in implementing HR policies, processes and initiatives that support company success
  • Deep knowledge of German labour law and HR administrative tasks
  • Motivated people manager who is aware of the challenges of managing a workforce through a time of rapid change
  • Self-starter who feels at home in an agile and fast moving environment
  • Strategic thinker who understands how to translate numbers and trends into actionable insights
  • Skilled in active listening with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build fast rapport and trustworthy relationships
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented manner with a high level of responsibility and discretion
