ROLE

Clue is looking for a data-driven CRM expert to lead the strategic vision for lifecycle marketing across our owned channels: email, push, and in-app messaging. Based in Berlin, you will lead a team of CRM specialists and oversee the deployment of campaigns that reach a global user base of 12M+ monthly active users in 15 languages. Your goal will be to drive subscription revenue growth, all while delighting and engaging our users. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Develop and own the strategy and drive execution of CRM campaigns that lift engagement and retention, build customer lifetime value, and reduce subscriber churn.  
  • Work with a first-class CRM tool (Braze) and develop the end-to-end campaign management: ideation, campaign test and learn plans, creative briefing process, campaign operations, and campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate with passionate, creative and kind cross-functional teammates across Engineering, Product, Content, Analytics, and Design
  • Drive campaign optimization via A/B and other testing methodology across our global user base.
  • Analyze and report on experiment performance on a weekly and monthly basis, communicating learnings, progress, timelines, and results.
  • Manage and coach a team of 2 (and growing) CRM managers, ensuring their continued development and growth.
  • Make a lasting impact on the health and wellness of women and people with cycles globally

REQUIREMENTS

We’re excited about you because...

  • You have 7+ years of related CRM and product growth experience
  • You are an experienced manager of CRM teams, ideally for mobile apps or subscription businesses.
  • You are passionate about CRM and Growth and stay up to date on industry best practices.
  • You have an analytical mind and a mastery of web and mobile analytics and A/B testing. You take a data-driven approach to derive insights, and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly.
  • You are able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at various levels of importance and excel at project management from conceptualization to driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations and communicate them clearly to senior executives.
  • You can build deep user empathy and have a dedication to great user experience and safety
  • You are comfortable with marketing automation systems 
  • You speak English fluently (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
  • You have a passion for female health
