Your tasks

As our Product Owner (m/f/d) you are able to deduce the underlying needs from talking to customers and users and transform those into meaningful user stories. You will be part of the Product & Technology team finding the optimal way to meet our business goals. You are the perfect fit for this position when you like motivating your team with a clear and elevating goal. Join us in our mission of automizing pathology labs and reducing errors!   
  • You are accountable for owning and managing the backlog for our hardware product from start to final delivery 
  • You collaborate with your team members from the Customer Success and Sales department as well as with our business partners in order to translate customer requirements into a product specific user story for the engineering team 
  • You work with our product management and regulatory team to determine scope and schedule for releases 
  • You approve the product at the end of our sprints jointly with regulatory and make sure that it is ready for the release to our customers 
  • You proactively collaborate with different teams to provide product vision, direction and priorities


  • Several years of experience in working as a Product Owner (m/f/d) in an engineering environment - particularly with preparing and prioritizing backlog based on business priorities  
  • Knowledge of and passion for Scrum and project management methodologies 
  • The ability to understand customers' and users’ needs and deliver great solutions 
  • Willingness to dive deep into our field of business (MedTech) 
  • Efficient writing of clear user stories plus acceptance criteria that have led to successful delivery 
  • Fluentin English along with excellent written and oral communication skills - topped with excellent presentation skills and at least conversational German skills
