Growth Analyst - New Channels

As our Growth analyst, you will:

  • Be responsible for creating and executing our growth strategy for new channels
  • Understand, prioritize, explore different opportunities and coordenate the rollout to maximize growth
  • Manage the optimization, roll out improvements and conduct experiments for these channels
  • Engage multiple stakeholders to leverage the results, ranging from internal teams to external stakeholders(partners, suppliers)


You’ll be great for this position if

  • Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills, feel comfortable with a vast amount of data, and has a pragmatic approach.
  • Great in prioritizing and project management with many stakeholders
  • Passionate about numbers and are comfortable using Excel - data cleaning and handling, pivots and modeling are part of our team’s daily routine
  • Previous experience managing/executing growth strategies and/or new channels
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English - you'll be part of a truly global team :)
