As the first GTM Operations hire, you will help build and improve the systems, processes and data insights for our sales, marketing and customer success teams. You have 4-5 years of work experience, ideally with a couple of those in an operations/program manager role at a SaaS company
You have strong problem-solving, change management and analytical skills (and a track-record of applying these effectively)
You have been administrator of GTM tooling (eg Salesforce, Hubspot or Marketo)
You have experience with data visualisation/BI tools such as R, Tableau, Looker
You have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Lead the implementation, architecture and management of all GTM-related tools (e.g. CRM, prospecting, data enrichment, advertising, content marketing, CSM, etc.)
Serve as the master of the GTM analytics - you’ll be owning reporting and metrics to ensure everyone from the CEO to the SDR has the right metrics available
Be the main liaison between product and GTM teams, ensuring that all relevant user-actions and data points enable marketing, sales and customer success to drive each user successfully in the customer lifecycle
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve our internally-built backend system to best support our processes
Document key GTM processes in our knowledge base and conduct internal training on tolling and processes as needed
Own other sales and marketing operations activities, including lead distribution, lead list building, data enrichment, sales compensation, territory design, etc.
