YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The big picture: 
As a global process owner, you oversee the success of global recruiting activities and ensure the right talents are hired on time according to the growth plan under continuous prioritization of the positions.
You streamline, improve, and enhance our current practices in TA and make recommendations for improvements (via the use of technology and under consideration of market trends).
You boost our employer branding and you are the interface between hiring manager and the candidate market. Your mission is to implement a stable and scalable recruitment process from needs analysis to an unique candidate
x-perience.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building up, coordinating, empowering and developing international (in-house) recruiting team
  • Ensure smooth recruiting processes while being part of the operating business as well
  • Own and define the unique candidate journey from the initial contact till contract signing together with the recruiting team
  • Define and shape the global strategic orientation of Kinexons recruitment and a clear roadmap for the recruiting team
  • Regular Recruiting KPI Reporting and Recruiting Budget planning as well as workforce planning
  • On eye-level sparringspartner to Head of People & Culture and Management team
  • Drive further scaling of our in-house sourcing activities, develop the active sourcing strategy and operate excellent pipeline management & network construction to the relevant target groups in order to be able to react quickly to business requirements
  • Employer Branding: Make Kinexon THE place to work in close cooperation with the Marketing team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 5+ years of experience in scaling from a start-up to a global market leader (in a fast-growing and dynamic IT and Tech environment)
  • You bring global recruiting and sourcing expertise and have experience on our core regions (DE + US)
  • You already built up, enabled, and developed a high-performing team
  • You are able to break down complex projects into individual milestones, work towards tough deadlines, adapt to ongoing change, and deliver high-quality results
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and you don’t just disregard problems, but confront them with a proactive and solution orientated mindset. You keep a cool head and a good overview, even in stressful situations
  • You are proficient in working with data, able to optimize actions based on your analysis
  • You are business-fluent in English, German skills is a plus
