Your Mission

At Adsquare you will be part of a rapidly growing ad tech company that is quickly dominating the world of programmatic advertising. Our technology bridges the gap between real-world consumer behaviour and digital advertising and transforms location context data into meaningful audience information. 

We are seeking someone who is ambitious, experienced and driven to help us become the global category leader in data-driven advertising. Experience in digital advertising (particularly programmatic) and excellent relationships with media buyers and top advertisers is essential. This is a senior level position, and a minimum of ten years media experience is required.


  • Responsible for all for all Americas (US, CA, LATAM) revenues for Adsquare
  • You will close key trading deals with Advertising Holding Companies and Independent Advertising Agencies, as well as support closing deals with Channel Partners and Data Suppliers
  • You will lead the Americas team including Sales, Business Development and Account Management
  • You implement and manage account, sales and operational strategy plans ensuring best in class customer service, overall campaign success and high levels of customer happiness
  • You generate plans to define your selling strategies and tactics to global management
  • You manage your country pipeline in coordination with other teams proactively
  • You understand and adapt to Adsquare’s ongoing product and technology developments
  • You negotiate data usage contracts with key clients
  • You effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and vision to partners and team members
  • You build strong relationships with key clients and partners (agencies, media buyers, direct advertisers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad networks and press)
  • You will report into the VP Revenue

Your Profile

  • You have at least ten years media experience with a demonstrable record of management positions in sales or business development.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of data-driven digital advertising solutions
  • You are proficient in face-to-face sales and cold calling
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and a good sense for business opportunities
  • Previous experience in real-time advertising, programmatic and data management
  • Experience in DOOH is a plus
  • You will be responsible for and tasked with growing personnel in your market
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage upwards in terms of global management team
  • You are active in the mobile and/or programmatic community and have an existing network of advertiser contacts as well as a profile obtained via industry conferences and social events
  • You are fluent in English – spoken and written
