The Fraud Investigations team’s job is to investigate and proactively minimise the criminal behaviours that Klarna, our consumers and our merchants potentially are facing. We do so, not only by analysing data and research suspicious and confirmed fraudulent transactions, but also by always having our eyes and ears open to what is going on in the industry. The team puts great emphasis in both reducing fraud losses and preventing fraud from being committed, and want to make sure that each and every fraud case and fraud trend is reduced and resolved.

The Fraud Investigations team is looking for someone to strengthen Klarna’s defence of criminal activities in the Asia Pacific markets. As a Fraud Specialist, you will have a role of quality assuring and influencing our existing and new processes for card fraud, identity theft and application fraud and other emerging trends. Tasks include research of criminal behaviour, root cause analysis and investigation of incoming fraud cases and decision making on potential findings. You will work in a cross functional team and in close collaboration with the other Fraud Operational and Fraud Prevention teams.
