We are searching for a Financial Analyst (m/f/x) with experience in managing fast scaling e-commerce businesses.

Your tasks
Analyse the business performance, financial statements and KPIs on an ongoing basis
Conduct cash flow analysis and liquidity planning to monitor the cash need regularly
Support the team in carrying out the Financial Planning process: develop near-term and long term budget plans, monitor budget implementation, and update the forecast periodically
Support business units with data driven analytical insights in the core decision making process
Deliver in-depth analyses and propose clear, actionable recommendations, with the aim of cost optimisation and efficiency improvements
Drive and lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement of controlling processes
Your profile
4+ years of FP&A or equivalent work experience as Controller or Finance Manager in a fast-scaling startup environment
Experience and interest in e-commerce businesses is a plus
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
Hard skills: data analysis, financial modeling and financial analysis
Soft skills: strong communication skills, critical thinking and logical reasoning
Proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel and Powerpoint
Fluent in English and German
