YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are the operational contact for our customers in the professional sports market (e.g. basketball) or the Industry 4.0 (automation in a production, logistics or warehousing setting)
- You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of our technology in arenas and/or warehouses
- You will support the customer in terms of onboarding and exchange information with the technical managers of the facilities
- You will be involved in the implementation of (live) events and will take care of the smooth operation of our tracking system.
- You will be the first point of contact for technical questions
- You will work closely with our project management team to ensure a satisfying product experience
- You will conduct technical support of already installed systems
- You will perform other related tasks based on the direction of Project Management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have successfully completed your studies in Engineering or IT or have trained as an Field Service Technician.
- You have first knowledge in Project Management.
- You enjoy traveling and are willing to travel around 75% to 80% of the time.
- You are reliable and possess a big sense of responsibility.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You have a strong interest in professional/collegiate sports and/or the Industry 4.0.
