Executive Talent Researcher

About the opportunity

The Talent Team is going through a very exciting period of growth, as we are looking to build out Executive Recruitment Function and bring in an In-House Researcher. As we transition into a World Class TA function, this role will be critical and give us the much needed capability on our IPO-readiness journey, and expand our capabilities and help support the Executive Recruitment function to attract the right calibre of talent for Leadership positions across the entire organisation.

 

All about you

This role will require someone who is able to adapt to the challenge of working in N26’s unique fast - paced environment, and have the proactiveness to help support multiple projects simultaneously. In this position you will have the opportunity to enable our Executive Recruitment function to support our Recruitment Partners on executing effective Search strategies, including the utilisation of our cutting - edge Technology stack. Being a natural team player will allow you to communicate effectively with your peers and stakeholders alike, and allow them to understand the current landscape of Talent in multiple sectors / regions at any given time.This research will then allow for you to help devise strategies which will provide opportunities which help fulfill the teams OKR’s and allow the organisation to fulfill our business objectives.

 

Once here you will

  • Create, and maintain a network of highly experienced professionals through proactive research
  • Liaise closely with with your Talent Team and Stakeholders to help locate the relevant candidate criteria required
  • Continue to manage candidates who are known to us for relevant, future opportunities.
  • Utilising Recruitment Technologies such as LinkedIn, and other search methods such as Boolean and X Ray searching to create Talent Maps
  • Create and maintain region specific knowledge of specific talent industries, by creating Talent Maps across multiple work functions
  • Be responsible for keeping team abreast of industry trends, news and competitive organisational knowledge in relevant industries pertinent to N26’s growth plans
  • Proactively identify and source with senior candidates through networking, using social media and various other methods used to identify talent to fill senior positions
  • Be responsible for developing job descriptions and various posts to be distributed across social channels to attract passive candidates
  • Be apart of working groups to help organise networking events with the purpose of attracting and engaging with senior level candidates in multiple disciplines
  • Produce Talent Insight reports in digestible format for senior stakeholders 
  • Ensure best practice for candidate experience 
  • Contribute to internal Recruitment OKR’s including but not limited to sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates and time to hire metrics


What you will bring along

  • 1+ years of internal and/or agency recruiting experience 
  • Executive search and sourcing skills 
  • Demonstrated experience in searching and sourcing for unidentified talent
  • Entrepreneurial and organisational mindset, with candidate experience at centre of your activities 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Ability to demonstrate networking ability through previous experience
  • Utilisation of various technology stacks, with a view to continuously improve methods
  • A detail oriented approach and the ability to be comfortable with analysing and presenting data
  • A collaborative working mindset, with a curious and growth mindset
  • ATS experience with sourcing, monitoring, and managing candidates. Ideally Greenhouse or similar.
