Executive Assistant

As an executive assistant, you will be required to exercise exceptionally sound judgment, outstanding time management skills, and the ability to build effective and trust-based working relationships across the company

You’ll be collaborating closely with leadership teams and individuals both internally and externally and as such, a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism is critical. Organizational awareness, accurate prioritization skills, and superior attention to detail are also imperative to this role. 


  • Coordinate C-Level exchanges and communicate across all aspects of the business by establishing exceptional working relationships with the entire organization.
  • Provide daily operational & administrative support to the CEO & two Co-Founders
  • Plan & manage complex calendars and book travel  
  • Manage email inboxes to ensure they are kept tidy and responses are sent in a timely manner
  • Assist in preparation of presentations and briefing packs for key events & meetings
  • Find ways to help our CEO & Co-Founders to optimize their impact & effectiveness continuously
  • Undertake project work and research tasks when requested by the Chief of Staff/ CEO and his two Co-Founders
  • Plan internal and external workshops and events, contribute your own ideas and address all projects with the utmost engagement, including welcoming and hosting guests.


  • Experienced as Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Able to establish immediate credibility with peers, senior leadership, and external partners
  • Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Adaptive, outgoing, and a positive professional who loves working in an ever-changing environment with a no-task is too small attitude
  • Analytical and structured in your approach with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experienced working with MS Office skills or G-Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Fluent in English and German
