As an addition to our Global Marketing Team, you will have an opportunity to define and execute NavVis' event strategy for digital and in-person events. You will work with your Marketing colleagues, the Management Team and other teams in the NavVis organization to boost our brand visibility and create excitement for our leading product and solutions in the market.

You will work on:

  • Drive NavVis event strategy from leading the strategic planning of events including budgeting to execution those plans  
  • Execute full cycle event planning (from developing the event calendar for the year to event execution incl handling of budgets, invoicing, vendor management, to handling post-event follow-up and reporting) 
  • Determine ideal KPIs per event type, share performance and optimize each event 
  • Work with the Marketing Growth Team to plan and execute the pre-, during, and post-event nurture and engagement programs 
  • Work with Design Marketing to develop new collateral, branded giveaways, and booth materials 
  • Work with our Solution Factory and Product Units on all launches to ensure consistency in messaging across all trade show materials 

You have:

  • Degree in Communications, Hospitality, Event Management or in any other related area 
  • 3+ years of B2B event marketing experience on global level 
  • Managed B2B partner and direct customer events (digital and in-person), including email, direct mail, web, and social marketing programs to promote those events 
  • Successfully owned, organized and project managed company’s B2B events 
  • Hands-on experience in various event software  
  • Solid organizational, planning, and project management skills

  • Native-like fluent in English, German or any other language is a plus
