Position

We are looking for an experienced e-scooter Collection Driver to join our team in Abu Dhabi! Your role will be to search and collect our fleet of electric scooters.
Job Type: Permanent; Shifts to be determined.
Responsibilities
- Search and find the missing e-scooters as instructed by the field team.
- Speak to customers to understand the last ride location and search for the e-scooter in that area.
- Communicate with the Circ Operations and Customer Care team to get more details of the missing e-scooter.
- Use the driver app to update that status of the e-scooter on time.
- Follow the instructions provided by the supervisor.
- Educate users / build security /property management teams about the e-scooter.
Requirements
- You are dynamic, rigorous, motivated and you know how to work independently.
- You have experience and familiarity in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
- Experience in using mobile apps.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in collections, security, and/or courier related activities.
- Flexible to work in different shift timings.
- Strong spoken Arabic and English communication is a must.
- Must have drivers license; own vehicle is a plus.
