Your tasks

WorkGenius is seeking the very best Account Executives to join our fast growing sales team across the US.

As an Account Executive for WorkGenius, you will get to have strategic conversations with top companies around the U.S. around the future of work and leveraging an agile workforce. This role is client-facing and will lead all demos and discussions with clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification/ discovery, to completion and beyond - you'll work closely with SDRs to drive your lead attainment goals.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement - know your numbers, your pipeline, and what needs to get done to achieve target goals.
  • Develop your own pipeline using outbound prospecting best practices.
  • Handle in-bound leads and develop long lasting relationships with prospects.
  • Provide a great experience for our customers by communicating our value through both presentations and demos of our product.

What we expect

  • 4+ years of sales (quota carrying) experience.
  • SaaS sales - you've done demos for a software product before.
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding quota on a regular basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can both consult and challenge.
  • Excellent presentation skills - you have a leadership presence and understand both the art and the science of sales.
  • Experience working with different tech tools - Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, etc.
  • A great mindset, terrific business acumen and G.R.I.T
  • The ability to lead; you are self-disciplined & a self-starter. You remain committed to your goals and continually seek out new ways to get better and master your craft.
  • Bachelors Degree
