Working within a collaborative global Enterprise Sales team, you'll draw on best practices from Germany, where we successfully landed our Digital Factory solutions with leading automotive players and scaled widely/deeply. You'll be supported by our global Enterprise Professional Services group with technical consultation, solution customization, project management, & implementation services.

You will work on:

  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for planning, cultivating, & winning key accounts, aligned with NavVis' revenue goals, building a relevant network and deep understanding of  Automotive Enterprises both green and traditional
  • Developing & maintaining a clear overview of your client's stakeholder landscape
  • Managing your client relationship, act in their interests expanding your client's success in the market
  • Managing the customer journey and setting the right expectations supported by a vast portfolio of material & global best practices to help understand the challenges & opportunities of our client's business as well as the proven value of our tech
  • Prospecting & closing deals
  • Budget planning & forecasting of your accounts
  • Shaping & building out our product and service portfolio, together with Product Managers & Engineering departments

You have:

  • Experience in selling innovative, cutting-edge Enterprise Software solutions ideally to Manufacturing and Automotive clients (ideally 7+ yrs)
  • Rock-solid SaaS sales methodology, allowing you to manage your client cultivation and forecasting activities
  • A passion for empathy; a natural curiosity for people, their situation, challenges, and understanding of success
  • Demonstrated an ability to relate to, engage, and manage multiple stakeholders, across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level
  • Remarkable listening skills & a natural curiosity to deeply understand your clients business and needs in addition to fantastic presentation & communication abilities (verbal and written)
  • Enthusiasm and an affinity for technology, enabling you to understand and explain to customers what can be done with NavVis spatial intelligence solutions
  • Willingness to travel across your region to meet customers in-person
  • Remote-first location ideally within geographic reach of key Automotive hubs
  • Work authorization for the US
  • Fluent spoken and written English
