Director of Talent Development

About the opportunity:

The aim of this role will be to make sure we can lift the quality of talent in the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse the business strategy and needs for development
  • Assess the talent’s ability and establish a leadership framework
  • Design training programs for senior management, middle management and non-management
  • Collaborate with the HR team to align performance management and talent programs 
  • Conceptualise and structure the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding 
  • Design the performance review cycle: objectives and regular assessments & feedbacks
  • Develop solid career framework and succession planning

What you need to be successful:

Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading a performance management and training function in a fast-paced and international work environment
  • Experience in developing efficient talent programs including development, progression and succession
  • Experience in cultural change and team effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with key operational partners
  • Exceptional communicator who inspires the team and can engage a senior level audience on relevant topics in a time efficient manner
  • Management of cross functional multi-national teams based in several international locations
