  2. We make purchasing transactions more efficient for both buyers and sellers.
  3. For our vendor partners, we provide a valuable, expanded sales channel.

About the Role

In This Role You Will: 
Focus on the following 4 areas:
  • Sales Stratey
    • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
    • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure strong alignment across our messaging and go to market strategy
    • Effectively communicate the company’s value propositions to (potential) customer
  • Developer of Talent
    • Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives
    • Consistently coach & train the AEs to facilitate sales success and to develop them in their careers, using all our tools and analytics
  • Sales Process Execution
    • Managing the full sales solution lifecycle
    • Building and implementing playbooks for our AEs to outline strategy, KPI’s, sales process, and more
  • Sales Operations
    • Creating reports and metrics with sales automation tools on a deeper level, aligning with Marketing for lead generation

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, 3+ years in a management-sales position
  • Ability to understand and translate our value proposition
  • Experience and understand the biotech industry is a plus
  • Professional work experience with a B2B marketplace is a plus
  • Understanding the profile of a successful AE, specifically for the biotech industry
  • Charismatic recruiter, able to inspire the best talent to come work with you
  • Dynamic coach, able to get the most out of your team of AEs with a hands-on style
  • Skilled at and passionate about developing junior sales talent into world-class sellers
  • Experience with building and implementing playbooks
  • Experience providing metrics to the executive level
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Aircall or comparable will be valuable
