About the Role
Candidates for the Director of Growth Marketing will possess the following (required) skills:
Has built Customer and Prospect Database from ground-up by identifying from where to source-target companies and how to append target contacts within each company.
Will possess a deep understanding of web conversion.
Understands the full customer journey: awareness, nurture, conversion and advocacy and is able to build programs for every stage.
Is experienced with content strategy and creation; capable with web, blog, social, email channels, and has strength in content distribution.
Able to work with product marketing to build and refine target personas.
Possesses a strong SEO execution skillset; able to identify the right terms and get to page one.
Can build and execute measurement, attribution, analytics and reporting.
Able to design Sales Development Rep (SDR) and Account Exec (AE) sales outreach sequences.
Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is sought but not required.
Experience in the health-tech sector and /or e-commerce is preferred but not required.
Can apply the above skills to new customer acquisition and revenue retention.
