About the role:
The Director of Accounts, Germany will be responsible for managing Germany’s fast-growing customer portfolio in the tens of millions of dollars consisting of Enterprise, MidCap and SME shippers. Reporting to the local General Manager, they will be managing a team of Expansion Account Executives, together with whom they are accountable for increasing revenue, improving profitability, embedding sennder technology, and building long-lasting relationships with our shippers. The ideal candidate has experience in Sales and Account Management, and has a proven track-record of leading high-performing teams of at least 25 people. They enjoy managing complex internal and external stakeholder environments including the C-suite, and are obsessed with delivering customer value through innovative logistics technology.
