Your tasks

We are growing fast in the United States and looking to bring on an experienced VP of Sales to sit in our NYC office. This role will report into the CEO and requires a successful track record in business development, employee management, and hitting revenue targets within a startup environment - ideally in the software space.

This role will also...

  • Lead our U.S. Enterprise/Mid-Market Sales team selling into enterprises, and execute on tasks such as identifying core customers (Enterprise) and identifying new verticals. This person will be responsible for managing 6 high performing SDRs and for hiring 2-3 AEs to grow the team's efficiency.
  • Be the lead for all business development initiatives and take on a player/coach role with their team. They'll create the GTM strategy and help foster a winning team and culture.
  • Become an expert of our technology and be responsible for staying up to date on the latest trends in the space, and for ensuring our sales team is highly effective with their day to day work and attending the latest events in their verticals.

What we expect

  • Must have at least 8+ years of experience in sales and have held the positions of an SDR/AE in the past.
  • Must have experience selling in a startup environment - track record of hitting high revenue targets.
  • Must have a strong track record in software sales with experience managing SDRs and AEs.
  • Must have experience with sales workflows and sales tools including salesloft, zoominfo, and salesforce.
  • Extensive and proven track record in building and executing on a sales process.
  • Experience creating and executing outbound strategies.
  • Great leadership skills - you are a great mentor and understand how to build leaders.
