More than 100.000 architects, designers and other professionals present their work on our website and acquire new business through homify. Since 2013, we expanded to more than 35 countries worldwide and we continue growing.

All countries are managed from our headquarter in Berlin, but we brought the world into our offices and built a team of more than 100 people with more than 30 different nationalities. We are working in a demanding and fast growing environment facing new challenges every day. What you will be doing

  • Plan and implement best-in-class paid marketing campaigns to grow conversion while maximizing efficiency.
  • Own marketing KPIs, as well as, hit and exceed traffic targets while driving towards cost-efficient growth.
  • Proactively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the social channels and the SEO strategy.
  • Ensure proper tracking, reporting and optimization for marketing campaigns and traffic growth.
  • Make data-driven, strategic decisions and work closely with our IT team to optimize the website for traffic growth.
  • Liaise with other internal teams to plan and implement new processes, marketing campaigns and further actions to attain and retain clients.
  • Advise on best practices around effective online marketing campaigns.
  • Constantly improve reporting and tracking mechanisms and create reporting dashboards for the homify digital marketing channels.

More about you

  • You have 3+ years of experience in online marketing.
  • You have a good understanding of SEO and previous experience in content marketing.
  • You have hands-on knowledge of performance campaign execution across channels like Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.
  • Have a demonstrable track record of marketing automation and general e-mail marketing.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate results and insights from performance marketing strategies at a global level.
  • You have expertise in tracking, data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • You have advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills or interest in developing this expertise within the company.
  • You are a self-starter, proactive and motivated to drive a team towards rapid growth.
