We are currently looking to expand our Delivery teams, who play an important role during and after closing agreements with our merchants, to enable them to use Klarna products as soon after signing as possible.

What you will do

You will be responsible for our partners' smoooth experience while they implement our products and solutions, ensuring high-quality integrations. Working closely with our partners, your sales, product, and engineering colleagues, you will strengthen your knowledge about the open banking industry as well as the underlying system. This will make you an important source of feedback on Klarna’s products!

Responsibilities

  • Be in contact with our partners via phone, video call, or email
  • Responsible for handling and collaborating with the Commercial team on most of our integration cases across all segments.
  • Act as an interface between involved parties in order to ensure the completion of the implementation project.
  • Provide partners with implementation and open banking expertise  to ensure the optimal end customer experience
  • Provide feedback to product & engineering domains, with whom you will discuss needs and requirements.
  • Work with a primary focus on the European market but as part of a global team supporting other countries as required.

Who you are

  • Desired experience and understanding of  JavaScript, HTML, JSON, REST API
  • Have worked in either technical integration, technical support, or similar roles.
  • The preferred location is Berlin, but the candidate could also be located in Amsterdam or Munich

You should have

  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Excellent ability to listen and communicate with different audiences
  • Ability to handle clients situations in confident yet humble ways based on facts
  • Genuine curiosity and good technical understanding

You might also have

  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written German are a plus
  • Passion for solving problems
