We are currently looking to expand our Delivery teams, who play an important role during and after closing agreements with our merchants, to enable them using Klarna products as soon after signing as possible.

What you will do

MFO Process Excellence are the spider within the web of Merchant Foundation Operations. We ensure that all teams regardless of market, location or tenure know how to provide our merchants with a smoooth and always compliant journey by providing up to date, accurate and workable processes. 

You will be responsible for our merchants’ smoooth experience while they implement our products and solutions, ensuring high quality integrations. Working closely with our merchants, you will strengthen your knowledge about the e-commerce and payments industry as well as the underlying system and vendor landscape. This will make you an important source of feedback on Klarna’s products!

Responsibilities

  • Provide merchants with implementation and ecommerce platform expertise to ensure optimal end customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to product & engineering domains, with whom you will discuss needs and requirements.
  • Be in contact on a daily basis with our Merchant Foundation Operational teams.
  • Act as an ambassador for Merchant Foundation Operational teams to the wider Merchant Foundation group, to overcome blockers and roll out process updates when necessary. 
  • Act as an ambassador for Merchant Foundation Operational teams in terms of new product launches, representing their needs and creating updated processes.
  • Continually reviewing all processes to ensure these work seamlessly for both Merchants and Merchant Foundation Operational teams, identifying blockers and offering up suitable solutions.
  • Work with primary focus to create process excellence for Merchant Foundation Operational teams but working within wider Merchant Foundation group to provide feedback to enable workable solutions.

Who you are

  • Desired experience and understanding of XML, HTML, REST API.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce shop systems or payment systems.
  • Have worked in either technical integration, technical support or similar roles.
  • A solution oriented problem solver. 
  • Have a keen eye for detail, whilst also understanding the bigger picture.
  • Be a great communicator who feels at ease connecting with people and receiving feedback.
  • An ambassador, who can represent others and their needs.  
  • Strong ability to drive projects, creating timelines, keep stakeholders up to date and completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Work well with data to formulate clear hypothesis and take initiative to investigate the problem, providing clear outcomes and solutions.

You should have

  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
