Data Architect (f/m/d)

So, what can you expect to work on?

  • Technical owner of the data warehouse and related analytics and reporting tools
  • Work with stakeholders from finance, marketing, operations etc. to assess their BI / analytics needs in order to meet business goals
  • Provide direction, as well as work hands-on with business users and technical teams to develop and maintain data warehouse and BI reporting
  • Define BI standards, guidelines and best practices for business groups and technical teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on Business Intelligence (BI) skills and technologies.
  • Maintainance of accurate and complete technical architectural documents.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting for BI platform / tool stack
  • Perform project management activities, work plans, business requirements, and maintain work streams in JIRA


What you offer us:

  • BS or equivalent in Math, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years experience as a data warehouse and BI developer incl. design, implementation, and operation of the BI platform / tool stack
  • Experience with major data warehouse and analytics technologies, specifically SnowFlake, Tableau, and the AWS or Azure BI stacks
  • Good command of major ETL / ELT tools and technologies
  • Deep understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts as well as data warehouse design and lifecycle management principles
  • Experience with Agile methodologies in a BI environment
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Full working proficiency in English, German language skills are a plus
  • Valid work Permit for EU
