Your Mission

Support the Customer Success and Sales department in their daily activities as well as with data analytics.

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Creation of weekly and monthly reports
  • Identification of value creation opportunities, development of implementation plans and support in the execution of these initiatives
  • Presentation of findings and analyses to the Customer Success and Sales department
  • Maintaining customer info and records 
  • Interaction with our customers and Customer Relations Tasks
    • Telephone service
    • Complaint Management
    • Bug handling & technical support

Your Profile / What You'll Need

  • Currently studying engineering, management or related subjects
  • Availability for a full-time internship
  • Affinity and understanding of digital products and services.
  • Fast learner
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Very good organizational and execution skills
  • Strong team player who can work independently
  • You have an eye for detail and work rigorously
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Excellent customer service acumen
  • Creative, yet results-driven
