About the role 

As Team Lead at Klarna, you will lead a group of specialists that are working with customer support for ANZ. You will be responsible for performance management and follow-ups, recruitment and improvement projects. You will engage the employees in their everyday work making sure that everything is working as smoooth and efficiently as possible.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for following up and delivering on the team's KPIs while delivering high-quality services
  • Continuous focus to reach and improve operational delivery and customer experience
  • Work with your team to identify requirements, resolve cases and help drive decisions
  • Work with with a wide range stakeholders across the organisation
  • Suggest and implement improvements

You'll have

  • Experience in leading a team
  • A passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience  
  • Strong capability in knowledge gathering and sharing
  • Strong business understanding and the ability to handle multiple tasks 
  • Great communication and networking skills, making sure that your stakeholders always know what to expect and when!
  • An eye for detail and a critical mindset
