As the Customer Experience Lead, you’ll join the Customer Experience and Brand team and will work closely with all different departments. If you love diverse, strategic and at the same time creative work, this job is for you!

YOUR TASKS

  • You are the owner of one of our top 3 strategic company objectives - to make our customers truly happy
  • You identify further improvement potentials based on customer feedback, customer experience KPIs, evaluation of internal processes, etc.
  • You put yourself into the customer’s shoes and design our ideal customer journeys, e.g. in cross-functional design thinking workshops or via customer research
  • You are responsible for improvement measures/ projects for a varied selection of topics, working cross functionally with all different departments
  • You shape cultural change management initiatives and are the internal voice of our customer

YOUR PROFILE

  • You would describe yourself as a mission-driven project lead and strategic problem-solver
  • You have 4+ years of experience in a project management role, e.g. consulting or a similar field
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with plenty of input from across departments and multiple stakeholders
  • Your working mode can be described as independently, analytical, organized, and well structured
  • You believe in long term success through customer happiness and enjoy putting yourself in the customer’s position 
  • You are based in (or happy to work from) Berlin
