foodspring is looking for a customer experience development manager to help build the future of personalized nutrition and achieving a world class standard of customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying and driving key projects within the company to improve the way that we work and deliver our product and services to our customers. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Putting the customer at the center of everything that you think & do. 

  • Undertaking analysis to identify new customer opportunities and back them up with business cases to be able to pitch your ideas to relevant stakeholders. 

  • Contribute ideas and new initiatives to the CX roadmap and successfully deliver key initiatives. 

  • Working with multiple stakeholders from different functional backgrounds (For example - R&D, Digital product, Data, Operations, Marketing etc.) and putting yourself in their shoes & understanding their problems. 

  • Building & maintaining key relationships across the business to continuously drive the importance of improving CX within their department.  


What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast moving, challenging environment

  • Experience from roles that may include product management, business development and project management

  • A proactive, autonomous mindset with the customer at the center of your work

  • A business and data driven mindset with the ability to foresee outcomes and already think of concrete solutions

  • A thirst for knowledge and an understanding of how different departments work 

  • hands-on approach to projects and working with multiple departments

  • The ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and partners
