CRM Manager

sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for CRM Manager to join our global Marketing & Communications team.

As CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role developing and executing our acquisition CRM strategy for building our database of commercial prospects  shippers and carriers)  and moving them along the lead generation funnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the email engagement strategy for our global stakeholders (investors, press/media contacts). You will create and run CRM campaigns as well as planning  our CRM testing strategy. You will be central in representing our test and learn culture as well as establishing best practices to share across the company.

You will be collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders including program managers, product leads, sales specialists, analysts, and the broader marketing and communications team to build guidelines on how to reach our target audiences with the right message at the right time.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Develop & execute CRM strategies including email and text messaging campaigns to acquire new shipper and carrier prospects and convert them into leads for further development with our sales teams
  • Create our community engagement strategy to share the latest on sennder’s business updates with our investor and media relations community
  • Plan, execute and measure automation results
  • Run a program of continual test and learn programs, ensuring that customer journeys do not stagnate.
  • Build CRM best practice guidelines to share with relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • Coordinate with business partners regarding campaign status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, etc.
  • Work with members of our wider marketing team to identify, innovative and deliver effective multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver successful business / customer objectives
  • Initiate campaign ideas, using key consumer data to ensure that the right customers are being targeted with the right content at the right time
  • Become an expert on available business data, able to advise marketing colleagues on the art of the possible and spot opportunities for improvement or new communications.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • A BA or MA in Marketing, Business Analytics or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience within CRM, engagement, growth marketing and/or highly analytical roles
  • A strong working knowledge of building campaign workflows within Salesforce/Pardot and Exact Target
  • Experience of driving business results through a test & learn approach and scaling campaigns for growth
  • A working knowledge of HTML and email personalisation as well as SQL & SAS
  • A logical mindset with the ability to implement multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize business needs
  • Excellent communication skills - English fluency, multilingual preferred
