CRM Manager - Online Store
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our eCommerce teams to implement CRM strategies to make sure our customers activate and engage with our products beyond card acceptance. You’ll play a key role in driving campaigns, building and enhancing customer journeys.
This role sits within Multiple eCommerce Squads, who are responsible for building, growing & supporting SumUp’s new eCommerce products. Within the team you will join the Product Marketing Team, a cross functional team including product marketing, copywriting, content and online marketing. Together we define strategies to increase the adoption and usage of SumUp’s eCommerce products, and validate these strategies through regular experimentation.
