More than 100.000 architects, designers and other professionals present their work on our website and acquire new business through homify. Since 2013, we expanded to more than 35 countries worldwide and we continue growing.

All countries are managed from our headquarter in Berlin, but we brought the world into our offices and built a team of more than 100 people with more than 30 different nationalities. We are working in a demanding and fast growing environment facing new challenges every day. Because we share the same goal: we want to build the premier platform for Home and Living across the globe!

What you will be doing

  • Developing our global CRM strategy for B2B and B2C purposes
  • Creating and planning of newsletter campaigns for our customers in more than 35 domains worldwide
  • Analyzing CRM KPIs and adjusting future strategies accordingly
  • Collaborating with the Content & Product Departments in order to achieve the best results
  • Continuous evaluation of our CRM processes in order to constantly improve

More about you

  • Successfully finished your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a similar field
  • 2 years+  of relevant working experience in customer relationship management or email marketing
  • Advanced knowledge about MailChimp (EDM)
  • Familiar with HTML 
  • You are fluent in English since it is our company language
  • Data driven & have strong analytical skills
  • You are energetic and you love to roll up your sleeves and dig in
  • You are a good communicator and able to enthuse others with your positive attitude
  • You thrive in environments that constantly adapt and evolve
