We are looking for a CRM data specialist intern with some ops resourcefulness to support business execution; someone who isn’t afraid to jump into the front lines to figure out the operational problems, and has the technical skills to find or build a better solution; someone with a high attention to detail and who is passionate about driving impact by ensuring data accuracy in the system. During this internship you will be fully trained on Sales Force (CRM), and learn about commercial processes in the world of digital logistics.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL ...

  • Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the business by working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain a rigorous discipline around CRM data entry process
  • Analyze data trends, maintain reports around pipeline efficiency metrics
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Assist in building data modules between data warehouses
  • Support program managers with data deep dives to identify anomalies, and help improve by automation
  • Interface with other functional areas (Carrier, Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to
    ensure efficient and productive collaboration

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE ...

  • An analytical mindset and good data management skills
  • A balanced attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and need to do them well
  • A self-starter mindset - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to put forth your thoughts in a clear and concise manner and with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
