Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for experienced UX writers to help us improve, develop and iterate on our product and messaging. As a UX writer you’ll work closely with product managers, product designers and content specialists to explore the full product journey from end to end, taking data-driven decisions and keeping the user in focus.

What you will do

  • Collaborate in the design of product flows and post-purchase experience for Klarna products.
  • Fully own UX writing for your product from end to end.
  • Design UX research experiments in collaboration with product designers and researchers
  • Dig into the data to discover opportunities
  • Continually test and improve our products and challenge convention

You should have

  • 2+ years experience working with digital products
  • Experience with UX research, for example, designing and evaluating experiments, applying learnings to the product experience.
  • You love to work in a fast-paced environment together with people from all types of competences - from engineers and UX designers to marketeers and analysts.
  • You take a data-driven approach to your work and aren’t afraid to start over from scratch.
  • Experience with product design tools a plus, but not required (Sketch, Abstract, etc.)
