Controlling Analyst (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Controlling Analyst  to join our global team!

You will actively drive operational and strategic business decisions and will closely collaborate with all teams to identify target deviations and implement countermeasures. You will enable various stakeholders, by providing valuable insights into relevant financial figures and will develop comprehensive financial models to quantify the impact of different business strategies on our overall financial performance.

 

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • You will prepare and adhere to budgets by analyzing and consolidating financial data
  • You are able to identify potential problems, enabling us to take countermeasures and prevent negative business impact
  • You will provide status updates of our financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
  • You enjoy the opportunity to suggest and drive your own projects based on your preferences
  • You will be able to quickly gain deep insights into our business while having a steep learning curve
  • You will provide support in introducing new processes and tools/softwares to improve the budgeting/reporting process

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You hold a bachelor bachelor or master’s degree in a field of study related to business administration, finance, or controlling
  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in a controlling and/or auditing setting
  • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • You are self-motivated to continuously tackle challenges and improve our business
  • You have excellent MS Office skills (with a focus on Excel) and preferably some experience in using Financial Performance Management tools
  • You are fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
  • You are a team player, with the ability to motivate colleagues to improve each day
