Content and Social Media Manager - Employer Branding (f/m/x)

We are a global, rapidly growing brand and we’re looking for a hands-on and creative Content and Social Media Manager (f/m/x) to drive Employer Branding projects. You will be a part of our fun People Team and will shape audibene employer branding through content conception, content creation, and social media management

Your responsibilities 

  • Generate ideas and create inspirational content that reflects audibene brand 
  • Manage social media channels, e.g.: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Xing as well as develop new ways of engaging relevant audiences 
  • Evangelise our employer brand vision and story, attracting top talent to our growing, dynamic business 
  • Identify content best practices and areas for improvement and drive those initiatives 
  • Take the business to the next level by growing our online audience and presence through branding campaigns 
  • Collaborate with the People, Creative, and Marketing Teams to drive cross-functional projects 

Your profile 

  • You are at native level in German and fluent in English 
  • You have a degree with a focus on Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Media studies or similar 
  • You have proven experience in content creation, social media management and developing successful digital campaigns 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ideally, you have experience creating employer branding content and supporting recruitment campaigns 
  • You are excited about our mission to revolutionise the hearing care industry and ensure that every person can hear well 
  • You enjoy taking ownership and driving your projects to success 
  • You are intrinsically driven and continuously develop your growth mindset
