Compliance Business Partner Lead

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated and organised Compliance Business Partner Lead. 

As a part of the Compliance team, you’ll work in the area of regulatory returns, maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in fulfilling general payment and e-money organisation compliance requirements generally.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate compliance support for business development and launches of new markets and payment products 
• Monitor the development of regulation to ensure advance awareness and preparatory tasks are undertaken early
• Maintain communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Create and produce relevant regulatory related management information, including reports for senior management as required

You’ll be great for this position if

• You have 10+ years’ compliance experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
• You have 5+ years’ people and stakeholder management experience. 
• You’re familiar with European regulations for Financial institutions, including SEPA rules, payment regulations, anti-money laundering and outsourcing.
• You're an organised leader, analytical, pragmatic and able to execute projects in a dynamic environment.
• You have strong written and spoken English communication skills.
