3 years of professional experience in the field of complaint
management, preferably in an international context

Ideally a good understanding of banking products and
processes, ideally also of securities products and their settlement
-
Language skills in Dutch and/or English at native speaker level, every other language is an advantage

Strong customer and service orientation, are an organizational
talent; an independent and structured way of working is no problem for you

The handling of complaints from regulatory authorities is no challenge for you,
since the MaComp regulations are not unknown to you
- Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well
