Using state-of-the-art technologies, such as NLP and machine learning techniques, we are automating our fulfillment pipeline. This enables our in-house travel experts to focus on complex requests and individual needs of our clients.

  • You are the first point of contact for all our customer related issues
  • You are responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints within given timescales
  • You make decisions for all unresolved issues and complaints to be escalated to the management
  • You are an effective communicator and a person responsible that all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept information throughout the complaint process along with QA manager responsible for all policies and procedures to be regularly adjusted according to CSAT results
  • You monitor all potential claims ensuring minimal financial impact
  • You are a decision maker for compensation payments and communication with all parties involved


  • You have graduated from the university or completed a travel apprenticeship successfully
  • You have a degree in either economics, international business or a related field
  • You have at least 1-3 years experience as complaint management or key account management in B2B
  • You are experienced in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have knowledge and passion for the travel industry
  • You have a deep knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Zendesk, Salesforce and Confluence
  • You are fluent German and Englisch
