About you:
You have a strong understanding of the SME space ideally in an eCommerce/retail environment and the desire to truly make a difference for the companies to which you sell. You’ll be responsible for setting strategies, leading and developing a passionate team of commercial associates. You are someone who is a proactive leader with experience of acquiring SMEs at scale, You love to win and incite energy from your team everyday!

Day to Day

  • Leading a growing team of SME representatives to achieve their targets and goals.
  • Initially being hands on by reaching out by phone and email to prospects that have shown initial interest.
  • Implementing and owning the merchant onboarding process for your team.
  • Generating outbound SME leads Negotiating, closing deals and signing contracts.
  • Working closely with our delivery team to ensure that SME merchants go live in a timely manner.
  • Working with existing customers on contractual changes.


  • 1-2+ years of experience leading a small sales, partner or business development team within E-commerce, digital marketing & retail.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or other related fields.
  • Great presentation and communications skills.

  • 5+ years of relevant sales, partner or business development experience within E-commerce, digital retail or payments
