Including some of the world's leading brands, such as H&M, ASOS, IKEA, Adidas, Samsung and Lufthansa. Day to Day will be a mixture of the following:
Develop new business inbound leads and convert them into new transacting merchants.
Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with CRM to plan outreach.
Identify existing merchants that are underperforming and engage with them to drive more value for the merchant and for Klarna.
Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone to connect with new prospects.
Targeting merchants with annual revenue of between $1m-$5m and owning the whole sales cycle.
Set up demos or general pitch calls with merchants.
Negotiate and close target merchants.
Integrate and set live.
Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations.
