As Partner Manager (f/m/d) you are an integral part of ensuring the attractiveness of the Urban Sports Club offer and ultimately the success of our company. You are the tip of the spear, the first one on the ground and the one responsible for ensuring that the sports offer for your geographic area is the most exciting possible. This involves working autonomously to assess the sports offer in your sector, identifying and acquiring key partners whilst building strong, lasting relationships with them.
How you apply your skills
Analyze, elaborate and implement a strategy for the development of your geographic sector.
Together with Urban Sports Club Management define and track ambitious objectives.
Work closely with other departments (Marketing, B2B Sales) to coordinate the strategy of your sector and its deployment.
Through telephone and face-to-face conversations, build a network of strong, lasting relationships with a host of sports partners (gyms, climbing halls, yoga studios, outdoor activities, etc.).
Identify the needs of potential partners and demonstrate how Urban Sports Club can assist them in their development.
When challenges to partnerships arise, you are there to ensure that a timely and satisfactory solution is found, hand-in-hand with Partner Account Management.
What you need to succeed
You thrive on convincing and, ultimately, satisfying partners/customers.
You are a highly motivated pro-active self-starter able to work autonomously as well as in a dynamic team of like-minded individuals.
You have some experience in partner, or customer, acquisition either over the phone or in person.
You have very good communication skills, love social interactions and enjoy negotiating.
You are organized, rigorous and attach importance to details.
You have successfully completed a master’s degree or equivalent, and have 2-3 years of work experience.
You have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Your native language is French but you are also proficient in English. German is a plus.
You are eager to work in a young and dynamic start-up, learn a lot and take on new responsibilities.
