Deine Aufgaben

The chief technology officer (CTO) drives the executive responsibilities to manage all tech related aspects of the business. Further, the CTO includes everything from creating a technology strategy through to cybersecurity and onto manage the engineering teams. The CTO needs to understand broad technology trends and be able to align innovation with business goals.


  • Be the technological leader of the company and develop the technical aspects of our company’s strategy 
  • Be a leader of the all engineers in the company
  • Understand any new technologies that may potentially increase our company’s competitive advantage
  • Communicate our technology strategy and amazing technology stack to our partners, investors and other stakeholders (including authorities and official bodies)
  • Make sure regulatory standards are met; we keep our competitive advantage in being a leader in security and compliance
  • Ensure we triple the size of our development team
  • Assist other departments in using technology effectively
  • Set-up processes for data security, data protection and quality assurance
  • Make executive decisions regarding our company’s technological needs
  • Plan and implement appropriate policies for employees

Dein Profil

  • BSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or another similar field
  • Previous work experience as a Chief Technology Officer, VP Engineering ot another similar leadership role for at least 7 years
  • Strong leadership, communication and people skills
  • Highly organized
  • Knowledge of technology trends
  • Strategic thinker
  • Problem-solving
