We are NavVis China, the quickly growing arm of Munich-headquartered NavVIs.  We seek an experienced Partner Executive with a passion for reality capture to cover the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Building Operations Management market (AECO) in Greater China. Collaborating closely with our Shanghai-based Technical Account Manager, you will have a high level of ownership for your target region and will be on the front lines to bring our innovative solutions to AEC companies and Service Providers.

You will work on:

  • Owning existing accounts and creating the sales strategy for managing and upselling the Architecture, Engineering, Construction clients and service provider firms in the Greater China region
  • Leading the recruitment of new clients, with the support of localized Marketing material & Technical Account Management who will support heavily on pre-sales & after-sales activities
  • Having responsibility for leading your clients through our Customer Journey, where you will be able to draw on insights, material, client reference cases, and great ideas from our global group to deeply understand customer needs & explain the value-add of our technology 
  • Building strong relationships with your perspective clients and building up potential AEC solutions based on our technologies
  • Prospecting & closing deals
  • Shaping, and building-onto our use cases, in particular the usage of digital technology in the AECO industries

You have:

  • Sales and Account experience from the digital construction or BIM (Building Information Management)
  • Strong affinity & familiarity with the AEC ecosystem & value-chain, including key developers/contractors, influencers, service providers & reseller channels
  • Ideally 5+ yrs experience in hardware & software channel partner recruitment & development
  • Work authorization for Shanghai, China
