Your Mission

Channel Marketing Operations:
  • Engage with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to ensure programs and related processes are accurate and easily understood by the target markets of the partner community.
  • Review, understand and monitor the internal processes that accompany a partner from first contact with NFON till daily business
  • Align regional sales, marketing with corporate teams and improve processes to enable efficiencies of scale.
  • Ensure backend marketing and sales operations enable NFON to deliver a coherent partner experience.
  • Work through internal stakeholders and systems such as Salesforce.com (SFDC), BSS, marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, intranets, the Sales/Partner Portals to ensure data is clean, the processes are sleek and scalable.

Areas to cover
Partner Database
  • Ongoing evaluation and improvement of data collection, database health and readiness to market, compliance and governance – across all territories.
Process, Procedure – Alignment with sales controlling, operations, finance and product management
  • Process monitoring, improvement, development and implementation
  • Training and education of new processes, procedures and metrics across Channel Sales and Marketing.
  • Lead to contract process monitoring and improvement.
Reporting & Analysis for channel sales and marketing
  • Reporting and Analysis from strategic business KPIs and troubleshooting to tactical reporting and insight across territories
  • Business Planning together with sales and marketing leadership, partner performance management forecast and dashboards.
  • MDF Allocation, reporting
  • Capacity planning for future partner recruitment efforts

Channel Systems & Technology
  • Identify requirement for delivering ONE NFON Partner experience in 2023
  • Asses channel relationship and marketing tools, own and accompany the improvement and development of our tools and systems to meet the NFON goals
  • Implement the channel incentives platform.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of marketing or sales operations experience in a similar role within tech company where you closely worked together with sales.
  • Understanding of partners business models, channel structures, business operations between partner and vendor
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from data and familiarity with business applications such as, SalesForce, marketing automation and business intelligence and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge in SalesForce, Marketing Automation Systems and business analytics software required
  • Ability to simplify complex topics
  • Versatile, adaptable, and able to work in a diverse multidisciplinary, virtual team
  • Detail oriented and highly responsive
  • Process, planning, and overall project management skills
  • Extremely motivated, collaborative, and analytical
