Your Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Marketing Programs Manager, who will join our team in Munich and will be responsible for owning the 
  • NFON European Partner Program, 
  • Partner Journey: partner recruitment, enablement and demand generation programs and campaigns. 
  • To and Thru Partner Communication, Partner Success Stories 
  • Best practices sharing of the European territories
 
Responsibilities
 
Pan-European Partner Programs & Campaigns
  • Manage and  Develop the Pan-European Partnership program 
  • Perform analysis, identify opportunities for new channel promotions and campaigns. Develop channel campaigns, communication, and enablement plans, drive them to execution.   
  • Partnership onboarding and self-service success: deal registration, new product/feature awareness. 
  • Coordinate the partner-related assets creations (one-pagers, guidelines, etc). 
  • Drive global Partner Portal: content, key messages. 
  • Streamline product and sales related content to the partner portal, localizing it as necessary
 
 
To and Thru Partner Communications
 
  • Build consistent, relevant, and actionable partner communication. 
  • Educate partners about the benefits of the partner program and Partner portal usability. Create guidelines for Partners 
  • Work in close collaboration with the HQ team to create Through Partner communication assets and campaigns
 
Relationship management 
 
  • Developing relationships and communication channels with key stakeholders, regional marketing and sales managers, business unit leaders, and influencers with a significant focus on continuous discovery, gap analysis, and improvement
  • Proactively identify and address areas for improvement, share lessons learned, and implement best practices that can be applied.
  • Work closely with Product, Partner Operations, and Partner Business Development teams.  
  • Project manage channel related content and collateral creation, and drive collaboration of deliverables while working with various HQ teams, including digital, brand, operations, and more (including videos, white papers, webinar slides, blogs, case studies)

Your profile

  • 3+ years of  experience in IT (or Telco, or cloud industry) in B2B  
  • Knowledge of the indirect sales model and programs
  • Proven channel marketing or channel programs experience, delivering meaningful results through others, driving focus on achieving collective results through collaboration, communication.
  • Strong ability to effectively discuss and negotiate around channel marketing issues
  • Project management skills 
  • Confident and assertive professional, acting as an independent but also capable of working within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent English 
  • German as plus
