Deine Aufgaben

Channel & Field Marketing Team Lead
The Channel & Field Marketing Lead leads and drives the channel marketing strategy, planning and measurement of joint go-to-market activities in order to recruit and activate the right partners.
The person leads a team of channel and field marketers. They provide regular coaching and oversight to ensure marketing strategies are executed on time and on budget.
Channel & Field Marketing strategy planning
• Main knowledge carrier of the indirect sales business, of different partner types, their motivation, their needs and their goals.
• Creation of the channel and field marketing strategy and execution tracking
• Identify, lead & drive top priorities (driving consistency & scale across the regions) to deliver ONE Partner Experience.
• Over-communicate internally and gain internal alignment on marketing plans while ensuring proper follow up of the top projects
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with sales teams and strategic partners, obtaining qualitative feedback on campaign and team performance, suggesting ideas and opportunities to improve.
Channel Communication, Partner Portal & Partner Loyalty Programs & Incentives
• You will be owning the overall to-partner communication at NFON spanning E-Mail Comms, Events, Partner Materials, Partner Portal covering all areas: marketing, education, enablement and business critical communication.
• You will be working closely together with our RevOps team to upgrade our Partner Portal to make sure it fulfills all the regional marketing requirements, and it enables our partners to drive more demand.
• You will be in charge of creating and driving partner loyalty programs and incentives.
Field Marketing
•Lead, motivate and empower the German field marketeers.
• Enable the field marketeers to drive a higher volume of regional campaigns by creating and improving the processes, providing training, guidance and support.

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent field marketing experience
  • 5+ years in channel and field marketing or a similar role within the IT industry or in a SaaS environment
  • Thorough understanding of the sales tactics, indirect sales channels, partner types and needs, partner incentive types and MDF programs.
  • Demonstrable experience in working and growing with channel partners
  • Team leadership experience desired.
  • Fluent in English, German of a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable with constant change and creating its own map, while navigating towards the goal.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong balance between strategic thinking, tactical awareness & operational context.
  • Strong team player, attitude to win & will execute (roll up sleeves as needed).
