As a Carrier Account Manager you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like managing our loyal carrier portfolio and attracting new ones by onboarding them onto a variety of our customer projects. You will need to be a leader in maintaining relationships and analysing profitability of current ones.

You’ll be collaborating closely with our Sales team and Carrier managers to develop loyalty of our carriers, increase their capacity within our company, with that increasing volumes and developing service level with our customers.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Take responsibility for new carrier acquisition and work for existing carrier expansion
  • Build relationships with key decision makers within carrier organisations, leading critical conversations to expand business opportunities 
  • Conduct constant analysis (reports, KPIs) of the onboarding process in order to improve the efficiency
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills to navigate negotiations and complex customer conversations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as acquisition sales, account operations, carrier management to explore and manage customer projects 
  • Take full ownership over every step of the carrier sales cycle
  • Work directly with sales team to identify and develop new projects and offerings for carriers
  • Coordinate with the operations department to ensure that the carriers receive an exceptional service

PREFERABLY YOU ARE…

  • Proven experience in relationship management
  • Previous experience in Sales within the logistics sector
  • Real hunter mentality with a knowledge of convincingly addressing an audience
  • Excellent Latvian, Russian and English skills
  • Hands-on experience with growth channels (online marketing, affiliate, events, etc.) and business development in a start-up
  • Strong understanding of the European Transportation Market for Full-Truck-Loads (FTL)
