About this position:

What’s the opportunity?
We are currently on the lookout for a creative Digital Marketer to join our team to improve customer activation, retention, cross- and upsell. Working closely with the Product, Data, Call Center and Sales teams, everyday goal will be to create campaigns to activate and retain SME customers in a scalable, ROI-positive manner. This is a real opportunity to use creative digital marketing to scale a unique business.

Who are we looking for?
You will fit in well in our team if you are creative, results-oriented, and able to deliver commercial impact to the business. You must have working experience with SaaS products, preferably scaling B2B. You love marketing, are a good communicator, and you are always testing with a pragmatic mindset to focus on things that have the greatest impact, not marginal gains. You have deep Salesforce and Marketing Cloud knowledge and can extract the maximum value of those tools.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create and implement campaigns to activate, retain and upsell SME customers in a scalable, ROI-positive manner. 
  • Identify opportunities for activation, retention and upselling based on data
  • Generate reports on campaign impact, particularly in revenue terms


Your Profile:


  • 5+ years SaaS marketing experience activating and monetizing business customers in the SME space: you can point to specific things you have done with a clear commercial impact.
  • Fluency in German and English - ability to write customer facing marketing materials in both languages


  • Customer focused: you segment customers and develop messaging to activate & upsell them.
  • Creative: you create compelling, creative messaging using a variety of communication channels. You use your creativity to solve tough problems.
  • Commercial experience: you know how to improve unit economics through a variety of means, such as increasing upsell rates, increasing customer retention rates, etc
  • Working knowledge with SalesForce and Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with other tools like Marketo is a plus
